An experienced Social Worker and Manager who practiced on the front line in the North West for 15 years, before shifting focus to the case management, reporting and finance systems that underpin and provide practice and intervention evidence.  Jon brings social work skills, practice and procedures to IT systems and technologies, constantly striving to make systems more intuitive, ergonomic and, most of all, utterly focused on what practitioners and their managers need, rather than what IT systems managers think they need.

Jon grew up in Blackpool, worked at the Pleasure Beach, Pontins, and Burtons Biscuits before joining HM Forces as a General Engineer before being Commissioned into the Provost Branch, where, amongst other things, developed an interest in cyber security and the welfare of service families.

Having seen the best and worst of human behaviour, Jon is dedicated, via the consultancy he founded, to improve the lives of children and their families via the services described within this website.
