REVIEW - Our suite of reporting dashboards

REVIEW is our suite of Childrens & Adults Social Care, and Finance reporting dashboards that utilise Microsoft Power Business Intelligence functions, as well as system supplier’s reporting tools.

They provide an “out of the box” comprehensive suite of reports, performance indicators and visualisations in an easy-to-use package enabling managers and case workers to access key information about all aspects of their services.

REVIEW allows users to drill through to relevant datasets for all business areas, and can accommodate local business processes and system configuration via an easy-to-use configuration app.

The reports integrate with local reporting solutions and data from the Dashboards can be exported in multiple formats, such as Excel, for integration or analysis externally.

The system is designed to be adaptable; for example, local report developers can add, amend and change reports to meet local requirements.  Training is given to developers to enable this and to break free of third-party (us!), dependency for updates and changes.
