ICT Revolutions are delighted to announce that we have been successful in our application to join the G-Cloud 13 Framework.
G-Cloud is a framework managed by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and used by the UK Public Sector to source and procure cloud-based computing and software services together with associated support. Their inclusion of SMEs means there are some savings to be made while supporting local businesses and Social Value commitments while the quality of the work is underpinned by stringent entry requirements. Smaller businesses who can meet individual requirements are now available and, more importantly, visible to the Public Sector.
The framework and supporting CCS systems allow for access to multiple suppliers with a quick and easy route to market, as well as allowing for Direct Award. It gives the Public Sector access to a greater range of cloud technology and innovation via its front-end catalogue, the Digital Marketplace. The reduction of time spent looking for suppliers is a saving in itself with an estimated £1 saved for every £1 spent on the framework.
So what next? The launch of G-Cloud 13 is due on 9th November 2022 while G-Cloud 12 is remaining open to customers until 27th November 2022.
